If you are presenting to user group, at a conference, or other session, why not record it and share it with the rest of the Tuscany community?
I've created a wiki page [1] and provided lots of tips for capturing audio, video, desktop demos, and taking these assets and compiling them and publishing them for other people to see. Feel free to edit the wiki article and add your own helpful hints.

Also, if you have captured something useful, why not list it in the Tuscany wiki so others can watch and learn and get inspired.
