The JMS binding uses a single class, JMSResourceFactory, to handle the all the
JMS resource management such as locating or creating destinations. The current
impl uses JNDI but in other environments such as when doing deep integration
into an appserver there needs to be a way to plug in an appserver specific
JMSResourceFactory.
