The JMS binding currently uses various hardcoded default values when the
<binding.jms> scdl is incomplete. It should be possible to configure these
defaults and the definitions.xml file seems like an appropriate place give the
way the JMS binding spec already defines things like the
requestConnection/responseConnection to use models in the definitions.xml file
