GIT mirror for Tuscany

As GIT [1] is becoming popular, a number of Apache projects (about 45 
now, including Abdera, ODE, Maven etc) are available on an experimental 
GIT mirror [2].

I've been using that service for a while to track some of these projects 
and found it very useful, so I'm planning to ask on infrastructure-dev 
to add Tuscany to the mirror.

If there's no objection I'll do that sometime later this week.
