We've been asked to try to clean up our use of the ASF distributions area to help minimize storage use and mirroring
Unless anyone raises any concerns in a couple of days I'm going to change it so that http://www.apache.org/dist/tuscany/ contains only the latest release. All older releases will still be available from the archive site at http://archive.apache.org/dist/tuscany/ and i'll document this in the readme in the distributions folder. ...ant
