SCA Assembly Specification v1.0 requires that all runtimes support the ZIP
packaging format for contributions.
However, Tuscany throws the following exception when it takes in a contribution
archive with .zip extension.
org.apache.tuscany.sca.contribution.service.UnsupportedPackageTypeException:
Unsupported contribution package type: file:/D:/temp/HelloWorld_jar.zip
