Resolution: Fixed
The Tuscany 1.4 JavaDocs are now available at
http://tuscany.apache.org/doc/javadoc/. The Sun bug mentioned above in this
Jira caused an Exception and partial generation of the complete JavaDocs. When
the Sun bug is fixed (or someone comes up with a work-around), we will update
and refresh the docs.
