Tuscany Jiras 2781-2784 have been created to bring up Tuscany meta model and
schemas to the Tuscany 1.4 level:

Eclipse-STP bug 261222 has been created to use these schemas and bring the
Eclipse STP tools up to the Tuscany 1.4 level:
