Our distribution is currently generating manifest jars with the
following names : manifest.jar and equinox-manifest.jar
I'd like to rename these to tuscany-sca-manifest.jar and
tuscany-sca-equinox-manifest.jar to follow the pattern we use for
other jars and to give a hint that these are tuscany manifest jars,
Please let me know if anyone objects to these changes
