Just started looking....

CHANGES
  Explicitly states "Updated SCA API packages based on OASIS Open CSA
specification drafts" which I don't think is true. I'll change this and add
a statement saying that we are explicitly not claiming support for either
OSOA or OASIS specification in this M1 release unless someone shouts.
