I was planning to address couple JSON-RPC JIRAS in the 1.x branch, and I noticed that we are already starting to bring-up this binding in the 2.x code base. Trying to avoid big merges, and unless there is a big requirement to have it available on the 2.x branch, I'd like to propose delaying bringing-up the json-rpc binding in the 2.x code base...
