The webapp host uses a static to pass around the servlet host. This is becuase
there's no way of sharing the one host instance between the Tuscany runtime and
the servlet integration artifacts (listener, filter). Find a way to pull the
host from the Tuscany Node so it can be added to the servlet context when the
runtime is started.
