Hi, I noticed today is the first day mentoring organizations can begin submitting applications to Google. I would like to help in anything that is needed to repeat the success of last year, and participate again this year either as a student or as a mentor. Because I was involved last year, I see the project I worked on last year as the best area in which I can help. In relation to this I ran into the following question in the GSoC students list:
"I wanna know if is possible continue my 2008's project in 2009 edition. (It's have a large scope)" And the following response: "It's fine to apply to continue work on your 2008 project as long as all new code is written. Best, LH " So I would like to propose one or two projects related to Android. I think they will attract talented students looking to become part of Tuscany. The two projects are related to efforts already underway in getting Tuscany running on Android [1], which are (briefly): 1) Sample Tuscany apps for Android 2) Android SCA Runtime If its considered a good idea I can go ahead and develop a description of both projects.
