Add wireFormat.jmsDefault for the JMS binding

The default wire format behaviour of the JMS binding is currently
wireFormat.jmsTextXML. This wire format has been modified to handle some
default processing. We should have wireFormat.jmsTextXML just do the text xml
processing and have wireFormat.jmsDefault handle the default wire format as
described in the SCA specifications.See this ML discussion
