Request for Erlang resources on vmbuild machine

I'd like to request resource on vmbuild machine but I can't do it by myself
because of rules under [1]: "All requests for resources must come from a PMC
member and the PMC must be copied.". Please take care of it for me, you can use
following message as a request:
Apache Tuscany uses epmd program (part of Erlang package) for testing
interoperability with Erlang. Currently there is no epmd binary on vmbuild
machine so JUnit tests are disabled and integration module is not beeing tested
properly.
Please install Erlang package, sources can be found on [2] - latest stable
version from [3] is preffered. After compiling and installing please update
PATH variable to point to newly installed epmd binary.
