Currently,dbsdo:import.sdo location can only specify by file directory,so we
need download wsdl or xsd from service provider to localmachine,if the file
changed in provider,we need re-download,wish can specify url as
dbsdo:import.sdo location,etc "http://127.0.0.1:8080/bs/sampleService?wsdl";
