I'd also assume the service would need to be exposed over binding.sca. Continuing my line of thought... if there is any variability in wireFormat for the binding.sca impl, then the runtime needs to provide the actual wire format behavior established for the service to the user of SCAClient (rather than only the default wire format behavior).
