When I test Tuscany M2, I encounter a "Cannot resolve the name 'xml:lang' to
an) 'attribute declaration' component" issue in all the samples.
I googled and found the same issue in Liferay's JIRA. Please refer to
http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LEP-1016 . They said if it is offline, the
defect will go away. But I cannot go thru by that way.
