> Currently wireFormat.jms passes all operation parameters wrapped in an array.
> This happens regardless of whether there is a single parameter or multiple
> parameters. It is difficult to tell in the single parameter case whether the
> type of the single parameter is the wrapping array or the array itself. This
> is particularly problematic when the jms binding is being use to interact
> with non-SCA services. We need to allow users to control whether single
> parameters are wrapped or not.
