Please can we refactor the sample applications to be found in
itest/contribution-jee/src/test/resources/repository into source based sample
applications in itest/contribution-jee-samples. I'm trying to find a problem
with a test failing in mvn but not in eclipse at the moment but of course it's
very difficult to determine the contents of the problematic archive when there
is no source.
