Where References and Services which have callback interfaces are placed into
nested Composites and are then promoted and wired together, the runtime fails
to handle them properly with the effect of the callback ending up with a null
callback endpoint at runtime resulting in a runtime exception.
Discovered with the OASIS SCA Assembly testcases notably those in the "800x"
range that are designed to check compliance with the OASIS spec section dealing
with interfaces and callbacks - in particular ASM_8003_TestCase,
ASM_8013_TestCase, ASM_8016_TestCase
