The maven repo is there now and the distributions are uploading presently and should be there in an hour or so, and the eclipse update site will follow. I wont call a vote on these, there will be an RC1, but these can help to do reviews before RC1. Aiming for an RC1 around Friday morning and that gives time for an RC2 next week if required and we'd still get the release out this month. ...ant
