I've fixed up the README a tad,  but I'm getting failures when trying
to follow the instructions.  After running

java -jar ..\..\..\modules\tuscany-node-launcher-1.5.jar domain from
the tutorials\store\domain and then browsing to
http://localhost:9990/ui/cloud/ I see the failure shown in [1].  Any
clues how to fix this would be most welcome
