Ahhh..  thanksant  -- the specific project I am working in is the
otests/current project,  which isn't in the reactor build,  and it's
the only one I build independently,  so that is the issue!  I will
tweak my pom locally to include otests in thew reactor builld and
rerun the eclipse plugin.
