I updated the Tuscany SCA dependency to 1.5 release. The travelsample
version is now 1.0-SNAPSHOT. We used to inherit it from the parent pom which
is now 1.5. I think it's better decouple them.

1.5 release. AlFAIK all the modules that refer 1.6 are redundant. Need
to think about making a proposal to move it out of the sandbox into
1.x proper and get rid of all the cruft that has built up.
