OK. I now moved the EndpointRegistry from assembly to core-spi.

I added the EndpointListener to receive events on the endpoints add/remove/update.

I also checked in a replicated map based EndpointRegistry implementation based on Tomcat Tribes under tuscany-endpoint-tribes module. Now we need to make Endpoint2 serializable so that the value can be replicated.

It was probably just me using it and i've now updated to use the
latest endpoint changes (which are working just fine BTY), so go for
it.
