I committed a fix at revision: 783752  to enhance the cloning of
references and the endpoint references they contain that makes

itest\distribution\webapp-helloworld-jsp
itest\distribution\webapp-helloworld-stripes

work for me. Still have this strange maven-jetty-plugin problem
