Sure, I'm fine to change the default to be "shared".

Fair enough, could I flip it around though so the default is to have
the runtime shared as I think the main use of this deep integration
approach is to share it and i can't tell you how many times now i've
forgotten to tick the box and then gotten confused when things don't
run like i'm expecting and can't work out why.
