You can probably borrow some code from
org.apache.tuscany.sca.core.assembly.impl.EndpointSerializerImpl class (in
core).

I was also going to say that as part of TUSCANY-3094 I'm very
interested in getting the EndpintReference serialization back up and
working for the new ServiceReference so let me know if we can work
together on that part.
