There are a couple of date problems in the CHANGES/README files but I
notice you've fixed them
bin/README had wrong version - fixed
I ran RAT for the binary and source release.
definitions-xml has file under OASIS license. Needs entry in it's
LICENSE
No OASIS license in top level LICENSE file to cover xsds
No W3C license to cover XSD schema we now ship
APL header missing from ContributionHelper - Fixed
Binary
samples/calculator-rmi-service won't compile or run using ant
dosgi-* - are we supposed to be shipping these. No README, not sure
what to do with them. If so update samples/README also
are we just shipping with mvn poms for samples/webapp?
webapp samples won't build as the samples pom is not present

Src has more things in it that binary release, e.g.
samples/helloworld-bpel
Due to required LICENSE fixes I'm -1 on releasing RC1. I'll start fixing
them.
