The current implementation-bpel-runtime code uses an old version of ODE (1.1.1).
It should be moved up to use ODE 1.3.2 which is the latest stable level of ODE.
There is a later version of ODE available (2.0-beta2), but the ODE folks don't
seem to recommend this version as a stable build.
