The OASIS SCA BPEL Client & Implementation specification describes how SCA
Properties are declared and implemented for BPEL processes used as SCA
implementations. Currently, the Tuscany BPEL implementation does not support
SCA properties.
This issue calls for extending the BPEL implementation code to support SCA
Properties in the way described by the OASIS BPEL specification
