The context we currently report with errors is a bit hit and miss.
For example, when processing contributions into SCA models we should report, as
a minimum,
Contribution name
Contribution artifact name (composite name etc.)
In the case of a composite file, the structural URI of the component (see
section 5.8 of the assembly spec)
