A scenario where the scdl points to a folder & doesn't contain a manifest.
Again I'm seeing the "ContributionReadException: SpringXMLLoader
getApplicationContextResource: META-INF/spring/application-context.xmlnot found
occurred" error, but the META-INF/spring/application-context.xml file does
exist relative to the folder. i.e. the folder specified in the scdl is /test
and the jar contains /test/META-INF/spring/application-context.xml.
