The change is my local experiment but it was checked in accidently as part
of the other changes. It is related to the discussion on [1].

I'll try to set up a test case for the impl-bpel under OSGi. If the change
breaks your test case, I can revert it.

Quite a large number of changes were made to the POM for
implementation-bpel-runtime under 794517 earlier today.
Can someone explain the changes please?
The commit message simply says "Fix the OSGi MF", which is not
particularly helpful.
Since there is a significant issue in getting ODE and its dependencies to
work correctly under OSGi, I'd like to understand how the changes enable
this to work.
