Removing the non-ascii chars fixes the problem.

I had to remove non-ascii chars from 81 files in the corba binding and 
have submitted a patch in 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-3163. It would be good to 
include this fix in 1.5.1.
