Current WSDL document processing supports BPEL 1.1 partnerLink extension
elements but does not support BPEL 2.0 partnerLink elements. Add support for
BPEL 2.0 partnerLink elements to match support for BPEL 2.0 processes in the
implementation-bpel module.
