If errors are produced and logged in the monitor when the domain manager loads
a composite, the domain manager does not check for these errors but allows
processing to continue. The domain manager should detect any errors and report
these to the node that requested loading of the erroneous composite.
For an example of this problem, see the output in the description of
TUSCANY-3171. The domain manager detected severe errors when loading the
"payment" composite but allowed processing to continue.
