Restarting webapps that use jsonrpc binding of Tuscany goes out of memory in
Tomcat.
The issue is related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-3149. The
previous JIRA addressed the problem of outofmemory:permgen while restarting
applications that use the soap binding.
The current issue pertains to jsonrpc binding. The sample used for debugging is
the helloworld-jsonrpc-webapp. The permgen space cannot be garbage collected
when webapp restarts and eventually goes out of memory.
