The OASIS SCA BPEL Client and Implementation Specification forbids the use of
ComponentType side files with BPEL implementations.
The code in BPELImplementationProcessor still supports the use of ComponentType
side files - this needs to be removed to bring the code into compliance with
the OASIS specification.
