TestCase is not appropriate for ASM50027

As ASM50027 said, If the @value attribute of a component property element is
declared, the type of the property MUST be an XML Schema
simple type and the @value attribute MUST contain a single
value of that type.
In the otest testcases, it said ASM_5002_TestCase or ASM_5020_TestCase are
designed for this feature.
But I can't find the @value attribute in Test_ASM_5002.composite or
Test_ASM_5020.composite.
Has this implemented in SCA 2.0 codebase?
