Implement multiple application context support using MANIFEST header
--------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TUSCANY-3250
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-3250
             Project: Tuscany
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Java SCA Spring Implementation Extension
    Affects Versions: Java-SCA-Next
            Reporter: Ramkumar Ramalingam
            Assignee: Ramkumar Ramalingam
             Fix For: Java-SCA-Next

Currently Tuscany allows the user to declare multiple application context for
their SCA Spring component using the following bean definition in the top level
application context identified from the @location attribute of the
<implementation.spring/> element found in the SCA component definition of the
SCA composite file.

<bean class="
org.springframework.context.support.ClassPathXmlApplicationContext">
    <constructor-arg>
      <list>
         <value>context1.xml</value>
         <value>context2.xml</value>
         <value>context3.xml</value>
      </list>
    </constructor-arg>
</bean>

We need to change this approach, by allowing the users to specify the multiple
application context path using the "Spring-Context" header in the MANIFEST.MF
file as specified in the specification.
