The sca-api module contains the Java API and Java Annotations defined by the
OASIS SCA Java Common Annotations and APIs specification.
The current definitions in the sca-api module do not match the definitions in
the latest version of the Java CAA specification:

The sca-api module definitions must be brought into line with the Java CAA spec.
