Resolution: Fixed
The reference has multiple bindings - and it supposed to have multiple
bindings. Each binding is invoked.
The solution to the invalid pair of bindings is to give each one a unique name:
<binding.sca uri="TestComponent2/Service1" name="first"/>
<binding.sca uri="TestComponent2/Service1" name="second"/>
