Website navigation link to Documentation is wrong

If you click on the documentation link on the home page, it takes you to home
page! It should take you to the download page where people actually get a
choice of choosing which version of the documentation they want to read.
I marked it as critical because it can really get people frustrated if they
don't know they have access to the documentation through download page.
