I just checked in a module (binding-ws-axis2-15-runtime) to start looking at restructuring the Axis2 ws binding runtime to:
- take account of the runtime interceptor chain we now have - take account of anything new in the OASIS binding.ws spec - move itests into itests/ - look at the practicalities of moving to Axis 1.5.
