I think we should hold off moving this around until we've made a bit of progress on the build structure threads (that have been quiet over the holidays but we can bring up again now that people are back). I'd like to see the otests running as part of the build so having them outside wont work. For example, if some one builds the bpel extension it should run the bpel otests. ...ant
