I have spent some time looking at the current times of our 2.x build, and have created a wiki page with the collected data [1]. Looks like the latest changes from Simon around the distribution gave us couple minutes back on the build execution, which is always good.
As a first step, I'd suggest we evaluate the projects/tests that are taking the longest to build investigate possible optimizations. Thoughts ?
