One more tip to get Tuscany source attached to the otest projects:

1) Run mvn source:jar under sca-java-2.x/trunk/modules to generate source jars for Tuscany modules
2) Run mvn -Peclipse -DdownloadSources=true

The otest is outside of the sca-java-2.x tree. Otherwise, we can try to define a pom.xml to run the tuscany and otest in a reactor build so that mvn -Peclipse can generate source project dependencies for the otests.
