1.6 binary distribution is missing files needed by binding.corba

There are some files missing from the binary distribution which are needed by
applications that use binding.corba, such as the travel sample.
The following files need to be added to the 1.6 binary distro:
tuscany-sca-host-corba-jse.jar
tuscany-sca-host-corba-jse-tns.jar
These files were also omitted from the 1.5.1 binary distro. I'm not sure why.
